What you will do

• Lead sourcing events and negotiations for People/HR technology and related services.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to execute agreements and manage risk.
• Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Support Supplier Business Reviews, scorecarding, and governance processes.
• Provide sourcing roadmap updates and category insights to leadership.
• Support M&A integration efforts within the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated success leading RFx processes and negotiations independently.
• Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier risk management.
• Experience with sourcing and contract management platforms like ZIP, Ironclad, or Ariba.
• Executive-ready communication skills with ability to influence VP-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR technology suppliers such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Cornerstone.
• Background in technology, marketing services, or professional services categories.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPSM, or CPM.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience in regulated industries such as mortgage, title, or banking.
