Salary: $86,300 – $145,100 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do
- Lead sourcing events and negotiations for People/HR technology and related services.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to execute agreements and manage risk.
- Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Support Supplier Business Reviews, scorecarding, and governance processes.
- Provide sourcing roadmap updates and category insights to leadership.
- Support M&A integration efforts within the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Demonstrated success leading RFx processes and negotiations independently.
- Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier risk management.
- Experience with sourcing and contract management platforms like ZIP, Ironclad, or Ariba.
- Executive-ready communication skills with ability to influence VP-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR technology suppliers such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Cornerstone.
- Background in technology, marketing services, or professional services categories.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPSM, or CPM.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience in regulated industries such as mortgage, title, or banking.
