Dir. Professional Services Consulting (SaaS)

Location: United States; global travel and flexible work across time zones are required.

Salary: $145,600–$209,300 annual base pay, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global implementation strategy for consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a global implementation organization focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
• Oversee delivery of hirify.global HCM and WFM SaaS implementations, including go-live commitments, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build customer success programs and executive relationships that improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
• Improve implementation methodologies, processes, tools, and automation while applying AI technologies to increase efficiency and quality.
• Manage the full Professional Services lifecycle, cross-functional partnerships, global resources, budgets, governance, compliance, and risk controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in SaaS software delivery and enterprise services.
• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management and Workforce Management solutions; hirify.global Ready and Pro experience is beneficial.
• Experience transforming SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments at scale.
• Track record of building partnerships with global teams and implementation partners.
• Experience leading teams and serving customers across North America, EMEA, and APAC in customer-centric delivery models.
• Ability to travel globally and work flexibly across time zones.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
