Delivery Project Management, Supervisor (Microsoft 365)

Location: Kansas City, United States; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Salary: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects from discovery and planning through implementation, cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support.
• Manage projects valued above $250,000, including SharePoint and Exchange migrations, Modern Desktop deployments, virtual desktop infrastructure, M365 Purview, cloud, and data center initiatives.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risks, issues, communications, deliverables, and project profitability.
• Build client relationships, communicate project status and outcomes, and serve as an escalation point.
• Direct and motivate project teams, mentor engagement teams, and support business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and significant experience managing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading complete deployments and managing hypercare periods for projects valued above $250,000.
• Strong project, time, risk, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and communications and working directly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
