Sr. Service Delivery Manager

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily client engagement, client health reporting, delivery metrics, and operational performance.
• Plan and oversee accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting support and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with client users and decision-makers while developing an understanding of business and product needs.
• Coordinate the resolution of client inquiries and projects, reducing downtime and support costs through proactive service planning.
• Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate service value and identify expanded support opportunities.
• Mentor analysts, train clients, aggregate feedback, and provide guidance for operational and product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of structured products, derivatives, and fixed-income securities.
• Experience in investment management, insurance, fintech, or investment operations.
