Software Delivery Manager (IT & Agile Operations)

What you will do

• Lead and coach Agile software development teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, high performance, and continuous development.
• Build delivery roadmaps and manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, resources, and work-in-progress.
• Oversee sprint execution, estimation, burn-up tracking, release coordination, deployments, and regression testing.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders around business objectives, delivery expectations, and priorities.
• Improve production operations through monitoring, capacity analysis, root-cause analysis, and practices supporting stability, security, and performance.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, audits, compliance assessments, SOX controls, and governing policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in software product delivery.
• At least 4 years of management, leadership, or team supervision experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, Agile delivery frameworks, delivery planning, release coordination, milestone tracking, DevOps, operational monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication, time-management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience championing Agile culture and coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile adoption and maturity.
• Experience delivering software in regulated industries such as utilities, finance, or heavily governed enterprise environments.
• Experience managing enterprise IT compliance reviews, audits, and governing policies.
