What you will do

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for Design IP technology.
  • Drive market penetration, adoption, and revenue growth within key accounts.
  • Manage multi-functional teams including Application Engineers, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Negotiate complex business and legal contracts with customers.
  • Articulate technical value propositions to executive management, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Provide market and account feedback to the Business Unit to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in licensing Semiconductor IP technology.
  • BSEE degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of delivering large ($1M+) license deals.
  • Strong understanding of Memory Interface, Protocol, and Connectivity IP.
  • Experience managing sales cycles from small startups to large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Jose.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in highly competitive IP landscapes.
