TL;DR

Salary: $150,000 + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by winning new logos.
  • Develop and advance sales opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to successfully close complex deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline creation to closing multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Expand the footprint of current solutions and sell complementary managed and professional services to existing clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clari to manage and report on opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience in exceeding sales targets in enterprise technology sales.
  • 5+ years of experience selling maintenance, support, or high-value technology solutions (ERP, Managed Services).
  • Proven track record of selling to US Federal Government Agencies (DOD and Civilian).
  • Expertise in full sales cycle management and navigating complex government procurement processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Previous experience working for Spinnaker, Support Revolution, or Origina.
  • Industry expertise in Oracle, SAP, or VMWare ERP ecosystems.
