Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Design and develop original products and collections for home, seasonal, and lifestyle categories.
• Create mood boards, color palettes, prints, patterns, and technical design documentation.
• Translate creative concepts into market-ready products, including 2D to 3D translations.
• Research global design, fashion, and retail trends to inform product direction.
• Partner with merchandising, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity and cost objectives.
• Review prototypes and samples to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in home décor, seasonal products, or consumer goods design.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA, at least 4 days per week.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD/rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, textiles, and product construction.
• Experience managing multiple product development calendars simultaneously.
