What you will do
- Oversee creative development for licensed products and branded spaces, ensuring cohesive execution aligned with brand standards.
- Contribute to Global Brand Licensing Guidelines, covering logo usage, color, typography, labeling, packaging, digital experiences, and marketing materials.
- Translate brand direction into clear creative concepts and production-ready assets across print, digital, and physical formats.
- Review and provide creative feedback to licensees, freelancers, and external agencies, escalating key decisions when needed.
- Develop brand presentations and visual materials to support new business opportunities and licensed product launches.
- Manage workflows and timelines across multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines and maintain creative quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product development, licensing, consumer products, and/or brand management, with strong editorial sensibility in media, fashion, lifestyle, or design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required); After Effects, 3D, and/or Figma experience is a plus.
- Technical understanding of delivering creative across print, digital, and product manufacturing formats.
- Experience managing licensee and freelancer/agency relationships as a primary creative point of contact.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Clear communication and presentation skills to articulate creative rationale.
