What you will do

• Create high-quality design solutions for product and marketing surfaces including email, social, and in-app experiences.
• Contribute to brand systems and visual language to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Apply data, testing, and user behavior insights to iterate and improve creative performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and editorial teams to bring brand strategy to life.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and efficiency in the creative workflow.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in design, preferably in digital products or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, systems thinking, and performance-driven work.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern digital design channels.
• Experience with AI tooling for ideation, exploration, and rapid production.
• Ability to build functional, interactive prototypes to validate concepts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
