What you will do

• Assemble and test electronic assemblies to meet production schedules.
• Maintain precise test and production documentation.
• Support the production engineering team with process validation.
• Assist in training production operators.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Newton, Cambridge, UK
• PC literacy with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Math.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a product manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PCB assembly and fault finding.
• Ability to solder to J-STD-001 and inspect to IPC 610 class 3.
• Knowledge of IPC and ISO standards.
