What you will do

• Assemble products ranging from simple sub-assemblies to final instrument builds.
• Conduct testing on completed instruments to ensure quality standards.
• Follow build instructions meticulously to maintain a high level of quality.
• Collaborate with development engineers to improve production efficiencies.
• Perform fault finding and problem solving during the assembly process.

Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role; entry-level candidates are also considered.
• BTEC, NVQ, or HNC in an engineering discipline.
• Hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical mindset.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to manage own time and workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills for working within a team environment.
