What you will do

• Manage relationships with banking partners to secure credit and support business operations.
• Drive cash management and forecasting in partnership with local leadership and regional treasury.
• Develop strategies to reduce working capital and maximize cash repatriation.
• Manage foreign currency exposure and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and government regulations.
• Build and develop talent within the finance organization to foster a motivated and effective team.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economy required.
• Minimum 5 years of Treasury leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience working in multinational corporations.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong background in banking operations, financial institutions, and debt management.

Nice to have

• Finance or Treasury MBA.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification.
• Advanced financial analysis and strategic thinking skills.
