Tax Manager (Aviation)

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid: 2 days home, 3 days office)

What you will do

• Manage regional tax compliance (CIT, VAT/IVA, withholding taxes) across multiple Latin American jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate filings and reporting.
• Support transfer pricing compliance, intercompany transactions, and cross-border reviews.
• Handle tax audits, authority inquiries, and the preparation of audit support documentation.
• Provide tax analysis for bids, tenders, and commercial contracts.
• Contribute to the improvement of tax controls, governance, and automation.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 7–8 years of experience in a multinational tax environment, preferably supporting Latin American operations.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Income Tax, VAT/IVA, withholding taxes, and international tax concepts.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
