Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting operations and oversee accounting staff to ensure timely closes.
• Review balance sheet account reconciliations and perform detailed general ledger account analyses.
• Oversee the intercompany reconciliation process and handle complex eliminations.
• Prepare and review audit schedules and assist with year-end tax schedules.
• Support month-end ancillary packages and trial balance uploads into Hyperion.
• Collaborate with AR, Billing, AP, and Finance teams to resolve operational inquiries.

Requirements

• Located in Latam.
• Fluent English level.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years managing an accounting team.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC accounting and disclosure requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables) and experience with large ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience with consolidations.
