What you will do

• Manage and process global contractor invoices and payments across multiple currencies.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payment data against client billing and internal records.
• Coordinate with payment providers to resolve delays, discrepancies, or technical issues.
• Support month-end closing by preparing contractor-related accruals and payment reports.
• Collaborate with Client Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation of finance workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or payment processing.
• Experience working in a global environment with multi-currency cross-border transactions.
• Knowledge of invoicing best practices and payment processing workflows.
• Proficiency with finance software and payment providers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Must be located in one of the specified countries in Latin America or Europe.
