What you will do
- Build long-term strategic relationships with leading wholesalers and retail partners to uncover new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and implement demand and supply terms to optimize distribution reach and availability.
- Monitor sales volume, profitability, and distribution KPIs to ensure delivery against targets.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead transformation initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the go-to-market strategy in Japan.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry within sales, marketing, or insights.
- Strong background in key account management and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of negotiating and delivering commercial results.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of financials and market trends.
- Fluent Japanese and conversational level English.
