What you will do

  • Act as the single point of contact for large named accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to match customer requirements with company capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for large, complex deals, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal presales, inside sales, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Interface with management and executive-level stakeholders to build trust and ensure long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • University or Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in product specialties like servers, storage, or software.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of the local industry and market trends in Japan.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Japanese.
