What you will do
- Act as the single point of contact for large named accounts within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to match customer requirements with company capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for large, complex deals, including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal presales, inside sales, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Interface with management and executive-level stakeholders to build trust and ensure long-term loyalty.
Requirements
- University or Bachelor's degree required.
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in product specialties like servers, storage, or software.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of the local industry and market trends in Japan.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Japanese.
