What you will do
- Manage global commercial activities and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for designated strategic accounts.
- Foster and maintain C-suite level relationships to enhance upsell opportunities and client engagement.
- Lead regional and local account managers to ensure consistent implementation of global account plans.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities using market tracking data to meet client business needs.
- Oversee client service and management, ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales and client solution teams to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the research industry, preferably in technical consumer goods.
- Business/fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Strong background in market research, sales, and client management.
- Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts at a senior level.
- Degree in Business, Market Research, or Statistics.
- Strong result-orientation and ability to grasp complex market methodologies.
