What you will do

  • Manage global commercial activities and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for designated strategic accounts.
  • Foster and maintain C-suite level relationships to enhance upsell opportunities and client engagement.
  • Lead regional and local account managers to ensure consistent implementation of global account plans.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities using market tracking data to meet client business needs.
  • Oversee client service and management, ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales and client solution teams to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the research industry, preferably in technical consumer goods.
  • Business/fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English.
  • Strong background in market research, sales, and client management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts at a senior level.
  • Degree in Business, Market Research, or Statistics.
  • Strong result-orientation and ability to grasp complex market methodologies.
