What you will do

  • Develop and implement partner sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners into the hirify.global Partner Program, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Enable partners on value propositions, competitive differentiation, and product updates through training and certification.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to build joint pipelines, execute co-selling motions, and manage deal registration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel management, alliances, or sales within the enterprise software or cloud/SaaS industry.
  • Must have experience working with partners in Japan.
  • Strong business development acumen with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs, forecast growth, and report performance.
  • Familiarity with VDI, EMM, and Application Virtualization technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical teams.
