What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise customers to drive expansion and new business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level and VP executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification and value articulation through to negotiation and close.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure account health and drive adoption of key use cases.
  • Develop hirify.global’s brand within state governments through events and industry partnerships.
  • Manage quarterly and annual targets while maintaining an accurate forecast and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying Account Management or Account Executive roles within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets managing large, complex enterprise accounts in the Asia region.
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle and complex renewals (deals typically $50k-$150k+ ACV).
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate value effectively to diverse stakeholders and executives.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and Mandarin.
