Salary: $75,000 base + bonuses + equity

What you will do

• Implement health plan initiatives and wellness programs in partner practices.
• Support practices in meeting quality performance goals and value-based care metrics.
• Train office staff and physicians on clinical processes and technology tools.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of practice needs and workflow efficiency.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare system executives.
• Address practice concerns and pivot strategies based on evolving market leadership priorities.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Michigan.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years of relevant medical practice management experience.
• 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical processes.
• Familiarity with BCBSM Physician Group Incentive Program (PGIP) and Blue Care Network.
• Ability to travel to practices within Michigan up to 20% of the year.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
