What you will do
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for key clinical products across France and French-speaking regions.
- Lead pricing initiatives and develop commercial programs to achieve sales quotas.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing sales processes and ensuring rigorous pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales activities with business goals.
- Support strategic planning, M&A activities, and partnership agendas within the Clinical Solutions segment.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1+) and French (Native/C2) required
- Must be based in France
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in solution selling within the science, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategy, pricing management, and business plan development.
- Strong proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman, or Franklin Covey.
- Experience managing teams in an international matrix environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in strategic consulting, marketing, or product management.
- Prior experience in developing business plans for e-products.
