What you will do

• Own product launches and adoption, serving as the primary operational point of contact for customer leadership.
• Prototype workflows, processes, or features to directly unblock customers.
• Build strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to translate real-world needs into product requirements.
• Synthesize field observations into high-signal feedback for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to collaborate directly with users and ensure implementation success.
• Manage complex escalations and contribute to the improvement of internal documentation and processes.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in GTM Operations, Product Operations, Customer Success, or a similar SaaS Operations role.
• Strong data-driven reasoning skills and fluency with numbers.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs to prototype real solutions.
• Proven ability to run complex projects with diverging stakeholder interests.
• Ability to bring order to ambiguity without requiring a predefined plan.
• Must be based in the United States.
