Salary: OTE $142K – $179K + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Own activation and platform success by translating customer use cases into high-impact AI workflows.
- Develop and implement activation strategies, including champion programs and usage dashboards.
- Build and scale advocate networks and power user communities within customer organizations.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and customized workshops for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine training materials based on adoption data and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL or Austin, TX
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, specifically owning activation and adoption outcomes.
- Proven track record of building advocate networks and champion communities.
- Ability to design and deliver custom AI solutions and demos for business stakeholders.
- Expertise in delivering instructor-led workshops (virtual and live).
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
