Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or near Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, New York, San Francisco, South Florida, Southern California, or Washington, D.C.)
Salary: $170K – $240K

What you will do
- Lead complex Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, and Finance functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding business transformation strategy and process modernization.
- Design future-state business capabilities and enterprise solution architectures leveraging Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand client value through platform enhancements, managed services, and AI initiatives.
- Develop consulting methodologies and Salesforce accelerators while mentoring team members to grow the practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise business transformation and Salesforce implementation engagements.
- Proven experience within a consulting firm, Systems Integrator (SI), or Salesforce Partner organization.
- Deep expertise in Lead-to-Cash business processes and Salesforce-centric transformation.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with ERP, CLM, eCommerce, and billing platforms.
- Must be based in one of the specified US locations to support a hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or AI Associate.
- Project management certifications such as Agile, PMP, or SAFe.
- Experience working with Private Equity-backed organizations.
