What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for critical customer design projects at 3nm and below.
• Partner with sales teams to showcase leadership in digital implementation.
• Serve as a primary consultant for advanced-node synthesis, Agentic-AI, and signoff.
• Develop custom solutions using TCL, PERL, and Python to address customer requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in physical implementation and signoff at 7nm and below.
• Proven track record of multiple successful tapeouts.
• Expertise in digital synthesis, place-and-route, static timing analysis, and AI in EDA.
• Strong debugging skills and proficiency in scripting for automation.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
