What you will do
- Support the design and management of executive compensation programs, including base salary and short/long-term incentives.
- Own the executive and equity benchmarking process using Radford and peer group analysis.
- Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee, including meeting decks and performance-to-pay models.
- Contribute to executive compensation reporting and disclosures in compliance with UK and international governance standards.
- Lead the development of equity grant guidelines and manage the annual equity refresh cycle.
- Build financial models to support compensation scenario planning and executive hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in executive compensation and equity design within a high-growth tech or multinational environment.
- Direct experience with US and/or UK corporate governance requirements and executive remuneration reporting.
- Proven experience working with institutional investor guidelines and Compensation Committee processes.
- Deep technical knowledge of LTI mechanics and equity program structures.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Ability to own complex workstreams independently and influence senior stakeholders.
