What you will do

  • Support the design and management of executive compensation programs, including base salary and short/long-term incentives.
  • Own the executive and equity benchmarking process using Radford and peer group analysis.
  • Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee, including meeting decks and performance-to-pay models.
  • Contribute to executive compensation reporting and disclosures in compliance with UK and international governance standards.
  • Lead the development of equity grant guidelines and manage the annual equity refresh cycle.
  • Build financial models to support compensation scenario planning and executive hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in executive compensation and equity design within a high-growth tech or multinational environment.
  • Direct experience with US and/or UK corporate governance requirements and executive remuneration reporting.
  • Proven experience working with institutional investor guidelines and Compensation Committee processes.
  • Deep technical knowledge of LTI mechanics and equity program structures.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Ability to own complex workstreams independently and influence senior stakeholders.
