Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 yearly

What you will do
- Design and manage PE equity programs including RSUs, options, and carry plans from grant to liquidity.
- Own the cap table end-to-end, including grants, vesting schedules, equity tracking, and 409A support.
- Build and maintain commission and bonus plans for sales, field services, and professional services teams.
- Ensure pay equity compliance across UK, Australia, Canada, and other international markets.
- Partner with Finance on compensation planning, modeling, and EBITDA impact analysis.
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit, promotion, and market adjustments.
Requirements
- 7+ years in compensation, with at least 3 years managing equity programs in PE-backed or venture-backed companies.
- Direct experience managing cap tables and equity administration through a full cycle.
- Deep knowledge of international compensation compliance, specifically pay equity regulations in the UK, Australia, and Canada.
- Proven track record of designing commission plans for sales and field service organizations.
- Strong analytical skills for modeling compensation scenarios and forecasting costs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA; Xplor does not sponsor visas.
Nice to have
- CCP, CEP, or similar compensation certification.
- Experience in vertical SaaS or multi-brand portfolio companies.
- Post-merger integration experience, specifically harmonizing compensation structures.
