TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in New York City, NY)

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Administrate and optimize Ashby ATS, including pipeline configuration, reporting, and AI-driven automations.
  • Maintain the single source of truth for hiring data, owning funnel reporting and recruiter capacity models.
  • Codify recruiting ownership, SLAs, and operational rituals to ensure a seamless and fast-paced hiring engine.
  • Scale structured interview kits and launch interviewer training programs across the organization.
  • Manage the recruiting side of immigration, including work authorization tracking and visa sponsorship coordination.
  • Standardize offer templates, approval workflows, and the company referral program end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in recruiting or talent operations, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Deep expertise in ATS (Ashby strongly preferred), including configuration and automation rollouts.
  • Must be based in New York City to work in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Proven experience as an AI-native operator, shipping prompts and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with immigration sponsorship workflows and employment law compliance.
  • Strong data instincts for building capacity models and funnel reports from scratch.
