Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, facilities, and supplies across multiple floors.
  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate logistics across various time zones.
  • Maintain the ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse) to ensure clean records and accurate pipeline stages.
  • Partner with IT to manage provisioning, access systems, and AV setup for interview rooms.
  • Develop and document SOPs to scale office and hiring workflows as the company grows.
  • Lead vendor negotiations for service optimization and oversee light office build-outs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in office operations or recruiting coordination within a tech or startup environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Proven experience working directly with vendors, contractors, and building management.
  • Must be based in San Francisco to support hybrid on-site operations.
  • Strong operational instincts and ability to manage confidential compensation and candidate data.
  • Exceptional calendar logistics and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
