What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely, risk-calibrated advice on contract terms and deal structures.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts, key terms, and obligations.
• Identify and implement improvements to contracting processes, workflows, and enablement tools.
• Design and deliver training sessions to equip cross-functional stakeholders for independent handling of routine matters.
• Ensure the maintenance and continual enhancement of AI tools within the contracting workflow.

Requirements

• Extensive experience negotiating high-volume SaaS agreements and vendor contracts.
• Proficiency with Ironclad, Salesforce, and AI-driven contract management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance risk and business agility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, collegial attitude.
• Ability to negotiate live with customers and vendors while effectively prioritizing tasks.
