Salary: $101,000 – $118,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead user-centric product design to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for a new suite of software applications.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop target user personae and maintain consistent brand and design systems.
• Create rapid prototypes and conduct user testing to validate product designs and identify UX gaps.
• Apply design thinking to derive deep user insights and drive future digital product innovation.
• Advocate for UX through the development of user maps, journeys, and prototypes.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Application Design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, Figma, InVision, or Axure.
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile application development.
• Knowledge of design thinking, Sprint methodology, and both data-based and interview-based design methodologies.
• Understanding of digital and Canadian accessibility standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in brand development or marketing and communications.
