What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to resolve ambiguous and complex problems using research and data.
• Lead discovery processes, including customer research, workshops, and journey mapping to shape the product roadmap.
• Develop frameworks, prototypes, and scalable interaction patterns to take concepts from ideation to shipment.
• Reduce UX fragmentation and debt by implementing clearer experience principles and systems thinking across teams.
• Integrate AI and LLM tools into discovery, prototyping, and cross-functional workflows.
• Mentor intermediate and senior designers through critique and strategic guidance to raise overall quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing complex digital products and systems across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience engaging customers directly through research and strategic conversations.
• Strong systems-thinking skills with a proven ability to create alignment across complex product ecosystems.
• Proven track record of partnering with leadership to influence strategy, priorities, and roadmap decisions.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership and mentorship with hands-on execution using AI-powered design tools.
• Availability to travel up to 10% for discovery and workshops.

Nice to have

• Portfolio demonstrating measurable customer and business impact across multiple teams.
• Experience evolving large-scale design systems to improve consistency and reduce UX debt.
• Expertise in designing accessible and inclusive interfaces following WCAG conformance criteria.
