Lead Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design practice and own the end-to-end customer experience, including interfaces and analytics.
• Define the information architecture for a converging platform that integrates conversation intelligence and agent-building products.
• Govern and architect the design system, establishing pattern languages and contribution models.
• Influence product managers, delivery engineers, and solutions engineers to raise the bar for customer-facing experiences.
• Drive rapid prototype-and-validation loops by engaging directly with internal customers and contact center operators.
• Integrate product design and conversation design into a unified practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience.
• Must be based in a US or Canadian timezone.
• Proven experience leading or growing designers and design teams.
• Strong foundation in HCI or interaction design with the ability to reason from first principles.
• Experience owning design for enterprise or operational products.
• Ability to drive change through organizational resistance.

Nice to have

• Figma fluency on the system side (components, variants, tokens).
• Comfort moving between Figma and code (Storybook, Tailwind, etc.).
• Experience designing AI or conversational products with non-deterministic outputs.
• Experience with operational or contact center tooling.
