Staff Product Designer, Login and MFA (Auth0)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: CAD 140,000–192,500 annual base salary, plus equity where applicable, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead design strategy and execution for Auth0 login and multi-factor authentication flows.
• Prototype multiple design directions rapidly using AI tools and code.
• Design intuitive, scalable, secure, and composable authentication experiences.
• Create inclusive functional artifacts across Auth0 developer interfaces.
• Shape customization journeys that make authentication seamless and frictionless.
• Influence product direction in collaboration with engineering and product management while raising design quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Refined product design craft, including typography, spacing, micro-interactions, and polished details.
• Experience creating mature AI-supported design workflows.
• Ability to build and improve designs directly in code.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex, robust, and composable products.
• Research-driven approach to design decisions and customer-focused problem solving.
• Portfolio link required; include the password if the portfolio is protected.
