Salary: $122,800 - $191,300

What you will do

• Manage the full application life cycle for the Medicaid Enterprise Systems Hub (MESH), from architecture and design to deployment.
• Develop high-performance Apex code and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for internal and external portals.
• Design complex data models and implement Salesforce objects supporting budgets, contracts, and state profiles.
• Lead options analyses and proof-of-concepts, including AI-assisted submission analysis and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Design and review REST/SOAP integrations with external systems like T-MSIS, Power BI, and CMCS DataConnect.
• Coach, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Developers as direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or pass clearance (lived in the US for at least 3 of the previous 5 years) to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and engineering.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and REST API construction.
• Proven personnel management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Application or System Architect.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud implementation.
• Federal Government contracting experience (CMS, MACBIS, or HHS).
• Knowledge of AWS cloud development and multi-cloud architectures.
