What you will do

• Provide specialized expertise in Salesforce applications and best practices to enhance platform utilization.
• Translate end-to-end CRM process requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Customize, analyze, and develop CRM applications to support end users.
• Create automated workflows and maintain existing system architecture.
• Consult with Solution Architects to optimize technical solutions for business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Greater Lisbon, Portugal.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform development, user adoption, and CRM best practices.
• Advanced Apex programming skills and experience with Git, JavaScript, HTML5, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience working with APIs and complex CRM process integration.
• English proficiency required; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Flexibility for business travel within Europe up to 20%.
