What you will do

• Define and own the overall architecture of the Adaptive Planning platform.
• Design, develop, and configure accurate planning models while enforcing governance and modeling standards.
• Build and manage integrations between Adaptive Planning and external systems like Snowflake, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Monitor system performance and health, implementing enhancements for optimal operation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine user stories and translate requirements into high-performing architecture.
• Create documentation, user guides, and provide training to business personnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 8+ years of experience in EPM/CPM systems with 5+ years specifically in Workday Adaptive Planning implementation.
• Proficiency with Adaptive REST APIs, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Proven experience in Workday Data Management or CCDS integrating source systems like Workday FINS/HCM, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of multidimensional model design, driver-based planning, and performance optimization.
• Experience ensuring systems comply with ITGC and SDLC standards.

Nice to have

• Workday Adaptive Planning Pro Certification.
• Experience in Workforce, Financial, and Operational Planning.
• Completion of 4-5 full-cycle implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience working within an Enterprise Planning CoE or product-based operating model.
