What you will do

  • Build and execute field marketing strategies and key industry events to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Design and own high-taste, memorable experiences for founders and technical decision-makers.
  • Nurture relationships within the global startup and VC ecosystem to position hirify.global as the primary infrastructure choice.
  • Architect and implement full-stack ABM playbooks targeting high-value accounts in collaboration with Sales.
  • Use data to test, measure, and refine programs to accelerate the buyer funnel and influence revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and DevEx teams to ensure a world-class buyer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Gen with hands-on ABM strategy execution.
  • Experience marketing to engineering audiences or within AI, devtools, or cloud computing industries.
  • Deep understanding of early-stage founder and international startup culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high-agency approach to building functions from the ground up.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel globally (approximately 30% of the time).

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer community marketing or technical content programs.
  • Existing relationships within the regional venture and startup ecosystem.
  • Background working in both high-growth startups and large enterprise organizations.
