What you will do

- Perform quarterly audits of international competitors to track local market trends.
- Utilize GenAI tools to scale localized content creation and perform sentiment analysis.
- Manage end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns to ensure cultural resonance and global consistency.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
- Proven experience managing CRM in at least two distinct global regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and form new hypotheses.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for insight generation and prototyping.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the London office.
