Location: Remote – US Southeast
Salary: $150,000–$200,000 (plus commission)

What you will do
- Support the VP of Sales by mentoring and leading a subset of the regional sales team.
- Hire, onboard, train, and manage 5–8 quota-carrying Account Executives to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and execute a plan to exceed quota each quarter and drive account expansion for longer-term, higher-margin opportunities.
- Guide prospects using a Solution Selling approach and collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and growth objectives.
- Provide weekly forecasts to the South/SW Region VP, Sales, and coordinate with marketing for a unified go-to-market approach.
- Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene by ensuring sales activities are updated, current, and tracked; represent at regional CIO and analyst conferences.
Requirements
- 10+ years selling enterprise software and services, including experience building new markets or businesses in startup environments or international enterprise software companies.
- 5+ years in sales leadership (or equivalent) with a proven track record of team building and delivering strong results against target plans.
- Experience selling ERP software such as SAP and/or Oracle, including knowledge of the SAP and/or Oracle market and an established network in that market.
- Proven ability to open new accounts (cold-calling and lead prospecting/development) and close business.
- Experience managing quota-bearing high-volume sales reps across multiple regional locations, including corporate/enterprise markets (enterprises larger than $1B annual revenue).
- Must be based in the US Southeast (Remote – US Southeast).
