Location: Remote New York
Salary: $230,000–$310,000 OTE annually (base $115,000–$155,000)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Account Executives through structured coaching and performance management.
- Drive consistent quota attainment and sales execution across the Americas region.
- Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline to ensure predictable revenue performance.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and run full-cycle sales to drive net-new revenue.
- Support onboarding and early customer success for newly acquired accounts to improve retention.
- Partner with Ad Operations, Product, Marketing, and leadership to improve client outcomes and accelerate deal progression.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in digital advertising, AdTech, mobile DSP, programmatic, or performance marketing.
- 3–5+ years leading quota-carrying Account Executive teams.
- Proven player-coach experience balancing team leadership with individual strategic deal ownership.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem (programmatic, attribution, MMPs, SKAdNetwork).
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM/sales execution experience.
- Demonstrated success prospecting, developing pipeline, and closing net-new business.
