What you will do

• Act as the regional finance lead and primary point of contact between central finance and local operations.
• Coordinate month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting for regional entities.
• Manage local statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Oversee general ledger integrity, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal financial controls.
• Partner with operational teams to translate business activities into accurate financial treatments.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance financial accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience operating in a multi-entity, international environment.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in the US (Eastern or Central time zones preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
