Salary: $125,000–$145,000

What you will do

• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements across multiple business units and entities.
• Manage the end-to-end monthly close process across various teams, offices, and systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for annual external audits and coordinate all schedules and inquiries.
• Develop and implement company-wide accounting policies ensuring US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results to identify variances, trends, and risk areas.
• Maintain banking relationships and oversee treasury administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance with progressive responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP and experience with consolidated financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query or other ETL tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
