What you will do

• Collaborate with account teams to develop value delivery strategies for key accounts.
• Engage with customers to quantify unique challenges and economic benefits of software solutions.
• Define and communicate the value proposition aligned with customer strategic initiatives.
• Lead business value reviews and create executive-level presentations.
• Work with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions for specific customer needs.
• Provide training and workshops to colleagues on value-based selling methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, financial analysis, or solution architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong expertise in value-based selling methodologies.
• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tokyo or Osaka, Japan.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• CPA or public accounting background.
