What you will do

• Create high-quality deliverables including multi-year roadmaps and comprehensive ROI analyses.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify and prioritize key business value drivers for customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define account strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Guide strategic engagements throughout the customer lifecycle to measure realized value.
• Assist in developing commercial proposals and deal structures for senior sales leaders.
• Provide thought leadership and training to internal teams on consultative selling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management or value consulting.
• Strong financial acumen including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback modeling.
• Deep understanding of enterprise cloud economics and data management.
• Legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level engagement.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for sales support and industry events.
