What you will do

• Lead workstreams on digital, operational, and strategic transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, perform data analysis, and design tailored solutions.
• Develop executive presentations and facilitate high-level workshops for senior stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day client interactions.
• Drive business development by contributing to proposals, client pitches, and market research.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening and onboarding.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of professional experience in strategy, management, or IT consulting.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 alone is insufficient).
• Business-level English for collaboration with global teams and C-suite reporting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to operate independently and drive work forward without close supervision.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record in business development or proposal writing.
• Industry expertise in Environmental Services, Financial Services, E-commerce, or Logistics.
• Experience working in small team or startup environments.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
