Focus on architecting customer-specific workflows, translating complex business and data challenges into practical solutions, and guiding winning proposals into implementation.

What you will do

  • Lead executive discovery sessions, platform demonstrations, and solution positioning throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze client strategies, processes, bottlenecks, value leakage, IT architectures, and data flows to define suitable solutions.
  • Design and oversee tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, incremental workflows, and practical solutions in the o9 platform.
  • Collaborate with industry solution, account executive, and global sales teams on RFPs, discovery, and platform demonstration processes.
  • Build ROI, business impact, and profitability models for proposals.
  • Document deal knowledge and transition winning proposals to the implementation team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in presales, delivery, or solution consulting.
  • Proven experience with supply chain planning processes and enterprise planning applications.
  • Strong domain knowledge, storytelling, listening, communication, business acumen, and executive presence.
  • Experience preparing tailored demonstrations, presentations, and responses for senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate expertise in both enterprise planning products and supply chain domains.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in supply planning and optimization.
  • Experience with o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain planning and ERP applications.
  • Master’s degree.
