What you will do

• Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for the Cat AI Assistant across the APD region.
• Partner with dealers and customers to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Design and deliver demonstrations, onboarding, and change management programs to accelerate business value realization.
• Monitor adoption metrics and communicate field insights to influence future product enhancements.
• Develop scalable playbooks and success stories to support regional deployment.
• Drive internal AI adoption within the organization through coaching and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia with valid work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Proven expertise in AI technologies, digital application methodologies, and industry trends.
• Strong ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business applications.
• Experience in value-selling, customer-centric solution design, and relationship management.
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the APD region.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address adoption challenges.
